The Barre Bellas™ Method
The BarreBellas™ program is heavily based on the Pilates principles helping you to create a balanced body while being safe with many available modifications for your personal needs. Set to upbeat music for motivation, our 55-minute class starts with a warm-up sequence followed by exercises that target the entire body using the ballet barre, TRX, trampoline, and many other toys. All while maintaining your elevated heart rate to maximize calorie burn. Towards the end of each class there will be a stretch sequence.
Class Sizes
Small intimate classes between 7 to 10 students. This allows our instructors to keep a close eye on your progress and in turn we get to know the participants goals and physical limitations.
Class Levels
Attending a class that fits your schedule is a breeze because EVERY CLASS IS MULTI-LEVEL. What this means is that you will get the absolute most out of every class no matter who is in class with you. Because our class sizes are small and intimate we can modify for your needs.
